To ensure that Filipinos living in Finland are united in supporting one another, we aim to instill equality, inspire our fellow Filipinos, and promote Filipino culture in Finland.

The purpose of the Association is to promote and celebrate the rich and diverse heritage of the Filipino culture in Finland. By fostering cross-cultural understanding, appreciation and cooperation between the Filipino community and the broader Finnish society by organizing cultural events, education programs and community initiatives.

Our Activities

Cultural Events & Festivals

Organize and participate in cultural events, festivals and exhibitions that showcase Filipino traditions, arts, music, dance, cuisine and craftsmanship. These events will serve as a platform for Filipinos to share their culture with the Finnish community and vice versa.
Educational Programs

Develop and offer educational programs, workshops and seminars aimed at educating both the Filipino and Finnish communities about the cultural, historical and social aspects of the Philippines.
Community Integration

Facilitate integration and interaction between the Filipino community and the local Finnish community. This will involve initiatives that encourage dialogue, collaboration and cultural exchange between both communities.
Support for New Arrivals

Provide guidance, support and resources for Filipinos who have recently relocated to Finland, helping them adapt to their new environment while retaining their cultural roots.
Collaboration and Partnerships

Establish collaborations with cultural institutions, government organizations and other nonprofit entities in Finland to further the goals of cultural exchange and promotion.

The event features delicious Filipino food, exciting variety shows with modern and classical folk dances from our very own FILCOM Dancers and various organizations, fun Filipino parlor games, and thrilling raffle draws, offering a true taste of the Philippines in Finland.

Pasko sa Finland is a festive celebration of the Filipino Christmas spirit, bringing together the Filipino community to honor cherished Christmas traditions. The event is filled with joyful carol singing, vibrant performances, and cultural displays, offering a heartwarming experience that captures the essence of a Filipino Christmas in Finland.

is our annual Christmas charity program, dedicated to giving back to the community. Each year, we choose a beneficiary to support during the holiday season. Last year, we focused on helping children with disabilities, spreading joy and making a meaningful impact through our collective efforts.
